08/29/2013 By BronteD. The young girls, aged between 7 and 12, had a great time with the Aussie players. The inspiring women's team taught academy players some exciting new skills and took joy in playing a friendly game with the young players. However the highlight of the session was undoubtedly the penalty shoot-out which put smiles on all participants faces.
The Australian team were kept busy by their enthusiastic young fans, signing autographs on shirts, balls, boots and drink bottles.
The team finished up their training camp with a friendly game against a boys youth side which they won 6-2.
The Australian team leaves on November 2 for LA where they will do their final training ahead of the AMF Futsal World Cup which will be held in Columbia from November 7 to 16.
They will compete against hosts Columbia as well as Canada and Morocco in the preliminary rounds.
16 countries will be competing for the right to be named World AMF Champions for 2013.
